How to use this tool
Choose photos and enter text
Select the photos and type up to 120 characters across no more than four lines. The same text is used on every selected photo.
Make the text readable
Set size, color, bold and outline, then choose one of nine positions. Check that the text stands out from the photo.
Save the finished images
Check each photo for clipped or hard-to-read text, then save individual files or a ZIP.
Text size is a percentage of each photo’s height. Text is automatically reduced when needed to fit inside the margins, so check your line breaks and the actual result.
Common questions
Can I add more than one line?+
Yes. Add your own line breaks for up to four lines and 120 characters in total. Check the actual result because available space varies between photos.
Can I edit the text after saving?+
You can change the text and settings and apply them again before saving. The downloaded result is a single image with the text merged into it, not an editable text layer.
Can each photo receive a different caption automatically?+
No. One batch uses the same text. Process photos separately when they need different captions.
